Corde Clutch - Help with label and dating

Hello,
I have this Corde clutch, and I didn't think it was particularly old, until I noticed that the label is exactly the same as the labels on bags claimed to be from the 40s. Have Corde changed their label at all over the years?

Lovely example. I see Corde used to refer to items with the brand name, as on your example, and more often to describe the corded finish, which no doubt Corde made famous. I typically find it on 1940s and 50s shoes and can't say I've seen the effect on later items. The earlier bags often have lucite handles or zip pulls etc. I'd be confident saying your bag was at least 50s due to the font / label style.

How large is this? If it's a nice sized one meaning "large" it would be 40s.

I have never seen a large Corde bag that was later than early 1950's.

Love the pattern of the cording on that! And yes, if it was oversized that would point to 40s, but I'm guessing this is a more petite clutch? If so, between the color and smaller measurements, I'd agree with 50s.
