Someone gave me a pair of earrings to sell with a dress they saw whilst at my house (and were most taken with) - they're large rhinestones and nearly match the buttons on the front of the dress. I noticed earlier that they're stamped ©P.E.P and wondered if that was anyone of any great note? Thanks!!

I looked in my Collectible Costume Jewelery, Identification & Values by Cherri Simonds book and I can not find the mark in there...
