Hi, I picked this up at an estate sale and I'm thinking that it was made for the theater maybe? Maybe 60s, 70s? I'm pretty sure it is handmade or was made by a seamstress. It still has the sweat shields in it. It has a chiffon overlay, I'm not sure if its silk or not. But I'm pretty sure the rest is cotton and the belt is velvet with a talon zipper. Thanks!
