Country novelty skirt.....is this barkcloth?

Hi everyone. Tomorrow I will be listing a very cute skirt with a country home novelty print on ebay and my Mom says it is barkcloth, but I wanted to check with the guild before I list it as such:

It is homemade and in very good condition.
