Courreges: Real or Fake?

Hello All,

I recently purchased this Courreges dress at a Goodwill Store. I was giving myself high fives all the way home but when I looked closer at the label, I noticed that there are
cleaning symbols on the back of the label. I thought cleaning symbols started showing up in the 90's. I'm new to the wonderful world of vintage clothing, so any thoughts you have on the dress will be greatly appreciated.

I think international cleaning symbols are introduced 1971. This dress looks like its 80s to me...
