Cream wool coat, am I 1960s

Ok I am pretty sure this is 1960s, early to mid.... but I am not POSITIVE... there are a few things that nag at me like the rope? at the neck.. its the only closure and closes with a large snap. Then there are the labels... they seen a tad older to me but not too sure...

The overall style says 60s but there are just little things here and there... perhaps since it is department store, its just holding on to a few 50s styles since they were behind on fashion...

Also side note,, I have the original price tag to it I think it was $46 ... it was in the pocket and looks like she wore it once!
 
I agree that it is 1960's. The color, the texture of the fabric, the treatment of the front edges are all 1960's. It may have been early 1960's because of the full length sleeves, while later many coats had elbow or bracelet length sleeves. Good luck with it.'
