Can anyone venture a guess on this crocheted bag's era? I'm thinking 20s. The beads are heavy glass beads and the craftsmanship is lovely. 94 year old man said it was something his wife always had but never used in the 70 some odd years they were married.

There is a site where you can buy the patterns to make 20s type purses, I forgot the name of this one. Yours could be 20s, but a possibility it could be a repro.
 
Not sure about it being a repro. It did come from the owner's husband and I got a pretty full bio on her. It seemed to be in her collection of pretty things their entire marriage of 70+ years. But I was wondering if maybe it were also 30s...that wonderment came from when I went through my grandmothers things a couple years back. She had made lots of little purses to use when she went out in the 30s.

Or do you mean repro as in late 90s "made in China"...that it's not.

Thanks, mingus! I love when vintage works with completely modern clothing. I mean, that's a vintage bag with Express casual clothing. For me, that's a nice challenge when wearing vintage.
