Curious as to when this skirt is from?

Hi everyone! I just bought this antique skirt a week ago, I’m curious on the date for it though. I’m guessing based on how there’s only one center back seam that it’s maybe 1905? But it doesn’t seem trumpeted enough for the 1900s. Could it be earlier? It’s put over a petticoat of mine (blue under hem)

Oh it is gorgeous! I am seeing 1890's. Not sure unless i see the way the train hits the floor in back. WOW!
