Just thrifted this coat and brought it in to patch up a few spots (pictured). The furrier said it was very old and didn’t think it was worth investing too much in.
I thought of gently steaming it with a hand steamer on a low setting just to freshen it up. Can you tell me anything about it and when it’s from? It has no musty smell and it seems well cared for but I’m wondering if a gentle hand steaming is a good idea or if there’s another method I should use to give it some TLC. Thanks!
