Cut Velvet Hat? 1970s?

I could look at union labels on hats forever and always forget the years. Is this possibly a cut velvet hat from the 1970s? No name but union label. Thanks. Sandy

It looks 60s to me...and originally I believe would have been worn a little more tilted to the back of the head.

Hi,

I don't use Union labels for dating hats unless I am really trying to pin down a specific year, but from what I can see in the photo, it looks mid 1960's era to me.
