Cute childs shoes - No idea on date...help please??

I am very out of my element with these cute childs shoes. I need some help with a date and any info that might be helpful in listing. They have a leather sole, the vamp and strap are of red suede. They have embroidery in metallic thread and a silk pom pom. They are just 6" long! Thanks!!

Those are a modern variant of the traditional Indian or Pakistani khussa. Probably 1960s - 1980s.

Wow! I would have never guessed they were that late. I have a lot to learn about shoes!
