Cute Linen Dress With Sailboat...Date help please?

I picked this dress up at an estate sale and it has already been dry cleaned and is ready to go. It's in fabulous condition and has a sweet sequin & rhinestone sailboat on the pocket. It is linen and the label is Vera Stewart for Zoltan Rosenberg. It zips up the front which I thought was a little unusual. Is this early 50s??

Thanks so much!!

I found a very similar dress (by Vera Stewart for Zoltan Rosenberg) in a 1953 ad for Saks Fifth Avenue.

And from a 1960 article:

VERA STEWART--This designer is best known for her sweater-dress coordinates. Cashmere cardigans dyed to match the dresses came with piping or fagoting of the silk print of the dress. identical chalk or crystal beadings, or miniature flower baskets.

The accompanying photo has this caption: "Chalk bead daisies are appliqued on a matching maize linen-like cocktail dress and matching cashmere jacket, a Vera Stewart original by Zoltan Rosenberg for spring."
