Cute!

The top one almost reminds me of a fishing creel purse I have

(and remember to put your link in your posts/signature so people know where to check it out)

Someone will surely snatch up that pink one and I  the blue one!

Good Morning. Well Linda, someone DID snatch up the pink one this morning. I was bummed that a seller from spain wasn't able to bid. I like selling to international buyers. It makes me feel very cosmopolitan! And the Aigner has bids on it already. Yay! Do you think I should take a clearer picture of the front of it? The logo isn't very clear is it?

Sandra

I don't know...I think people are recognizing what it is without taking more photos....still 4 days to go and a gaggle of bids. I probably would leave it as it is. :)

Hey, your description says that blue bag is navy, but it looks very bright blue to me. Dark or bright? Is it the lighting? Bright is what I'm looking for.

And pix of the interior would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Brenda

Unless it is that really deep navy blue that is not quite midnight blue, navys sometimes are a little funky to get right in photos. Sometimes the flash does crazy things or it is so in between a color that the camera or the monitor just doesn't know what to do with it.

I have been photo-ing my in between navy's in the sun, but some still turn out funky depending on the material. and sometimes esp in basket purses they are just a drop on the side of french blue and that is what screws things up.

Good advice Chris. I'll try mother nature's lighting next time. What's funny is that the close up looks dead on to the true color. I made a note of that in my description after Brenda pointed this out. So far, lots of hits, but no bids and no watchers

Sandra

Another tip (as I sell a lot of purses). If you mention a maker in the listing, if you can, show where it is stamped/imprinted. For people if they collect certain makers, they can verify in their minds the date, etc, or part of the line it came from if that is relevant. Some makers had high/middle/low ranges and the logo or emblem could have changed over the years, or even in a very narrow period of time.

You have a watcher now :)

Yay! A watcher! :P
I thought about putting the designer name "Magid" in the title, but it doesn't fit -ran out of characters. I always try to put purse and handbag in the title because they are both searched. do you think I should revise and get rid of "handbag" in the title? Is Magid even searhced? Magid is mentioned in the description though.

Sandra

I would keep handbag in the title. "Magid" is very prolific and people may search titles and descriptions and the name might just be the icing on the cake for this one - i think the real appeal is the look. If it was beaded, i would add Magid to help it stick out a bit, or people like to see leather handbags with a name of some sort.
