Date check (60s?) on this handbag with gold frame?

I thought 60s, but wanted to double check. It's vinyl with a faux leather grain, lined in fabric. Quite small, measures 8.5 inches across the front.

Forgot to add it has LBF Made In England stamped on the frame - I've seen this stamp a lot, certainly on 60s frame bags and maybe earlier.
