its got a nice look to it actually and gave me an older vibe... so that makes me think an 80s throw back... but the tags I am unsure.. perhaps early 80s or am i way off?
ty all... its a wrap around skirt (closures pictured) and no closures on jacket, there are light shoulder pads, and the tags were in the pocket. the care tag (with green) was cut out of the skirt. There is the same care label in the jacket.
