Date help on Estevez dress

Can anyone help me date this Estevez dress? I was guessing late 60s, but not sure.

Not a big help here but it looks late 60s to me too. Its hard to say if the label is like the one for the late 60s dress in the resource; different angles and such. It looks similar though.
