date help on pants, 60s or 70s

quick check on this as I am not too sure. I know I havent been on much and ty to all who helped earlier. Saturday is the big day. (fashion show, a little one though)

Any who. I thought early 70s when I first got these, but the label is really throwing me and the general style. Is this late 60s instead or a cusper piece?

its cotton or a cotton acetate blend, if there is such a thing? lol but feels like cotton and yellowed alittle with age.

Jennifer, I think they're probably pure cotton and as for age - I'm thinking probably late '60s but could very well be early '70s. I find many of these styles harder to pin down than that, but in the '70s they got more fitted around the bottom and thighs, whilst these are big and loose.
