the blouse looks 80's or possibly newer

the jacket looks like 70's ultra suede

They both look pretty modern to me, from the labelling: eighties or more recent. Is the jacket a cotton velvet? I think that ones probably 90s by the cut.

Nicolejenkins~ Do you think modern even with the red, white & blue Union label ILGWU on the brown jacket? I have it listed as 70's... Uh-oh

The red , white and blue ILGWU label is in use until 1994, so it's possible.
That shoulder flange and the short fitted torso are I think typical of later 1980s into 1990.

At least, I am pretty sure I remember wearing that then.
