Are you sure it's metal? Looks like nylon with a metal pull to me.

Hot pink was really popular in '83. I even had hot pink mascara.

Early 80s. Stolen out of my closet no doubt. I wore LOTS of hot pink, lots of drop waist dress... 1982-84. ; )
