Date on these hats please?

Hello!

I have doubts about these hats - please could you help?

The top of the hat on both is smallish, it would only fit on the top of the head. The black one looks older to me (40's?) but I am not sure about the brown one!

The black hat has no labels, I have attached a picture of the label on the brown hat.

The brown hat's label has spelled modell the German way, and with the English title of the hat combined with the German spelling of model, I would assume that is a German hat (I have seen other German hats and shoes that use English in the labels). The way it is sewn in to the interior grosgrain band looks post war to me - even modern - perhaps 70s? The other hat looks older but its hard to tell from one photo.
