Dating a bathing suit? Sailor style one piece

Hello, found this swimsuit but I'm not sure as to the date. The fabric is pretty thick but I'm not sure exactly what it is. There's no tag on it but on the inside there's some white fraying on a seam where it looks like a tag may have been ripped out. Any help is appreciated!

Yes I would agree with 60's - particularly from the princess seams and button back, which I have had on several mid to late shift dresses (mod style and evening wear)
Very cute with the sailor style.

I am on the same wavelength as Alice, I think that's a costume or uniform (majorette?) of some kind & not a swimsuit.
