Dating a handmade dress

Hello! I am having a hard time dating this handmade dress that I have. My guesses are all over the place. A few things that can't be told from the pictures. The only closure is a button at the neck. There is a center front seam. I think the fabric is a cotton/synthetic blend. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks all! After you said that, that seems totally right to me based on a lot of the early 70's dress patterns I have!
