Dating a hat, skirt, and jumper shirt set

Any thoughts on the mock styled black shirt (jumper) and matching skirt. Took pictures of interior tag and label. It was worn with the Leslie hat. But think the hat is earlier and the piece is new-ish.

My first impression of this outfit is 70's. I'm sure someone else will come along with more ideas. I'm not sure on the hat.

I think you're right: 50s or 60s on the hat, the outfit looks more modern, post 90? I'm not good on modern stuff but the labels and style seem pretty recent.
