Dating a Hudson Bay Coat

Hi all,

My wife and I are trying to date her mother's Hudson Bay Coat. We believe it is from the 70s but if anyone had insight based on the labels that would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

The Woolmark labeling looks no older than 1980s to me but let's see what others think.
Fabulous coat, I've always wanted one of those!

THIS article states that Hudson's Bay blanket coats were made up until 2000.

It has a CA# on it, which weren't started until 1973 (? I think), but the label isn't bilingual, but I don't think that was required if it was sold outside of Canada. The capote style with the hood and sash belt suggests a 1970s date to me maybe as late as 1980ish, but not much beyond that.
