dating a LOOK brand novelty print top & shorts set

I know oversize and novelty prints were popular in the 80s, but the mop buttons are something I associate with later 90's garments. Having said that I thought it was quite recent that clothing was being manufactured and exported from Romania. When have you first seen this? It seems to have lessened since they joined the EU.
I found a LOOK company with a trademark for sportswear in 1992 branching out into most clothing later, but none of the labels resemble mine, and it is a french registration, so I am unsure if it is the same.
Lastly, what would you call this set? Play suit, play set? Crop top and shorts? halterneck top and shorts?

Those labels look 90s to me, Melanie. Love that they use the word "whilst"!
