Dating a nurses' cape

can anyone tell me when they think this nurses cape is from. Lable reads Brucks Tailord by brucks Nurses outfitting co.inc. initials on outer collar read SR on left and C. on right. its navy blue with royal blue lining

These wool nurse capes are generally attributed to the 1930s-50s. The letters on the collar indicated the hospital or medical facility where the nurse trained/worked. I read somewhere that the capes were often received upon graduation.
Can we see a close-up of those letters, too, please?
What is the length of yours from shoulder to hem? It appears to be a shorter style.
