Dating a scarf

I wonder if it’s possible to date this scarf. I bought it on a hunch. It was only 3 bucks and I have a perverse fringe addiction. lol It’s so pretty! It measures 40”x 40” not counting the fringe. I think it’s silk. There’s no tags anywhere. I’m sure these things are a dime a dozen but I thought I would ask anyway.

Is the fringe all the way around? It's large enough to be a shawl or maybe something thrown over the piano or other furniture. To me the print looks like 1930s.

BTW, such a thing is not dime-a-dozen where I live!

The fringe goes all the way around, and thank you. I love when my hunch pays off! lol I don’t think these are a dime a dozen where I live either, but I have seen a crazy amount of reproduction 1920s scarves on eBay so I didn’t want to assume about this one without asking.
