Dating a sweater

I found this today in the vintage section of a thrift store, which of course is no guarantee of anything. The outside is some kind of professional crochet and the lining looks like acetate. There are no buttons, tags or labels. The 4th picture down is in the inside of the sleeve cuff and the last one is the inside of where the arm attaches. I used a flash on the last one so the stitching is more obvious. Thank you!

Bumping this up and adding a few more pics taken in better lighting. I’m wondering if this is home made. There is a lot of very neat hand stitching inside it.

I thought I would post clearer shots of the hand stitching in case it helps, including a shot that makes me think at one point this was a much shorter sweater.
