Dating a velveteen jacket made in Hong Kong

Another piece from my vintage wardrobe, that has to go - after more than 10 years :). I bought this in the UK, and I remember the shop having a lot of 60s stuff, and this jacket was sold to me as 60s too. I never really thought about that much, I just accepted it as that. But since I am going to list this for sale, I would like to be a little surer if possible. I realize it is a fairly classic shape, and I would probably put it at mid-60s by my gut feeling, but I would like to know what you all think, or if for some reason you would give it a completely different dating.

It is cotton velvet/velveteen with a synthetic lining, I am showing the labels it has. The velvet is almost flawless and it certainly has kept very well. I can feel some very, very soft thin pads on the shoulders. The shape is fairly straight, bit a little bit of shaping at the waist though - it falls beautifully when worn and is about hip-length. The only closure is a little hook and eye at the neck.

Thanks for your input!

I would also have said the labels looked too modern to me to be 60s, the text is all very straight and uniform, all my 60's labels have some sort of curved font or design involved, often a bit of colour.
