Dating a Victorian photo of a young woman

Hi, please can anyone help me date this family photo? The family lived in north London from the 1850s to the 1930s.

There is a name on the back of the photo - Jessie - but this a name of both a mother (1854-1920) and her daughter (1876-1966).

My guess is that this is a picture of the mother, taken in the 1870s. Would the style of dress support this?

I think that would be the daughter, as her hat and dress style are circa 1900. She is right at the beginning of the Edwardian period.

I agree with Barbara, it is too late for the 1870s - 1890s.
