Dating a vintage Lester Paul blouse

Hi,

Do you think this is 50s or 60s? I only found the blouse but am assuming that it originally had a skirt. Is anyone familiar with the name Lester Paul?

Thank you!
Kim

My first thought was 60's. What type of fabric is it?
I've seen some Lester Paul 60's dresses before, but I don't know much about the label unfotunately. Hopefully someone will have some info! :)

--A 1966 newspaper mentions that Lester Paul was a misses' suits and ensembles division of the clothing manufacturer Lorch Westway Corporation.

--The Lester Paul trademark registration was filed in December 1964.

--Although there seem to have been Lorch Westway plants in diverse cities, it seems to have originated in Dallas (but I am am only guessing).

That looks like it has some body to it, maybe a silk blend with cotton or wool. We had a topic here recently about this type of fabric & discovered some of these blends were called Alaskine. Lots of ensembles were made of this sort of fabric, so I bet yours was definitely part of a set with a skirt & maybe even a jacket or a coat.
