Dating a vintage Parnes Feinstein label

Hi,

I was sure that my Parnes Feinstein eyelet dress was from the 1950s until I saw a 1940s label on VFG that looked just like mine. When I posted previously, I didn't know that I wasn't supposed to post photos of items that I was going to list (oops)! I guess I can only post a photo of the label. Is this definitely 40s or could the label have gone into the 50s?

It is only lined at the neckline ( I thought that was kind of unusual).

kim, you can post a picture of your dress, you just can't post a link to where it's being sold.

it is impossible to date a dress from the label alone. so please post photos of the dress and i am sure someone will be along to help you with an answer.

I've got a dress from the late 60's. My label is different to yours. I'm thinking your dress dates earlier.
