Dating a vintage Stetson hat

Hello! My name is Ashley, I am new to the forum. I have a question regarding a Stetson hat I found while thrifting. It is in great condition and bears patina that suggests its age but I have no other way of guessing it's history. Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

With the black leatherette inner band, it is late 1960s or later.

I agree it is later than 1960s. My guess is the inner band is real leather, not leatherette, as it is a Stetson 3X beaver. The color is silver belly, a very popular color. Difficult to date it exactly as it is a style that changed little, if at all for decades. My best guess is late 1970s to maybe early 1990s and I am basing that on the graphics on the tip lining and the box. From memory, (so sorry if I get it wrong) the name of that painting is "his last drink of water" or similar.

I've read that printed liner was used from 1970s onwards. The image on the liner is called "The Last Drop" or "The Last Drop from his Stetson".
Are there any labels or tags of any sort inside the sweatband?

Pre-1983, then, when that union changed names following a merger into Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union.
