Dating a wool long coat

It's a classic style and the label looks more modern to me. Can you tell us more about it please?
What is it lined with, and how are the seams and hem finished off. Thank you.

Cashmere is always wonderful! Is this coat for a woman or is it for a man? The sleeves look shorter than normal, leading me to think this is a ladies coat. My eyes may be playing tricks on me. I might date this one to the late 50s to early 60s.

I realized that the coat buttons are on the right, so this is for a man. The short sleeves were throwing me off, but that could be the angle of the photo, or perhaps this was for a short stout fellow.

Barbara, I think it's hard to determine because it's hanging not being worn. I thought it doesn't look very long, but it must be fairly broad.
