dating an Emmanuelle Khanh Dress by style number (or smarts!)

Hi- I think this is my only other one this weekend. I love this pretty cotton dress and was hoping that because it has the tags with style number etc, I could maybe date it. I'm thinking 80s or 90s but can't seem to get too far using the info I have and am curious about it bc is so fun.

Any thoughts appreciated as always and thanks!!

It looks very 1980s to me. Great styling! Looks like a modern version of something Dorothy Lamour would have worn!
