Dating an umbrella

I’m wondering if it’s possible to date this umbrella. The handle is metal and some sort of plastic and the loop moves. It closes with a little metal button and a flat metal loop to go around it. There is a little paper tag inside under the center where the spokes meet. I can’t tell what it says and it’s too fragile to pull out. Maybe it’s not a tag at all but it seems to be.

This is just a guess but I think it's Edwardian or slightly later - C. 1915 and that the plastic part might be Celluloid. The ring looks like brass. Someone else may know for sure.

It's hard to tell, but I'm thinking a bit later, more 20s- 30s. These styles last a long time, so it's hard.
