Dating and bodice typing for Watteau Back Hawaiian Dress and Shawl set by Elsie Krassas

Sorry, gonna try this again as I couldn't figure how to delete the sideways shots.

Any thoughts on dating here? Also, this is a somewhat unusual bodice...the front and back of the top part of the dress are semi circular pieces and in the back is the attached watteau and at the front there is a little section of the bodice that is gathered....sorry can't really describe this very well!
