Dating and naming this type of 'foundation' ? garment 1950s structured slip

I've never seen one of these....there's devil dust in them there hills!
How would you specify this type of slip?

I'd thought I had a photo of one of these in one of my books but I can't find it now of course... Devil dust - ugh. Is there padding in the cups that's disintegrating?

Yes Karin, it's a little puddle-o-dust at the bottom base of the cups....ugh!
