Dating and Print Dress issue, please help

Hi, I have this dress here that is made by Annia's Originals, it is a size 16, so it is big on my dress form. I am having an issue with dating it, I am thinking 60s or 70s, maybe 80s, but the font on the label is throwing me. The only thing I found out is that the belt buckle is made by a German manufacturer, and they were first used in commerce in the US in 1961, and they still exist. Does anyone know this label/designer, I have searched high and low and can find little? What would you call the print? Any help will be gladly appreciated, thanks so much in advance. The belt loops are wide, the zipper is nylon, Length 42 1/2'

the label looks like a home-sewer, to me.

it is a cute dress, but hard to tell. can you get a better shot of the fabric and a close-up of the button?

are the seams pinked? serged? how is it hemmed?

Here are added pics of the seams, which are hard to see because of the print, and the button and the fabric. I will do a burn test later to be sure on the fabric, but I do believe it is a polyester blend.

I would guess this is a newer dress (post 70s). Check the measurements. If it measures much smaller than what you would think a size 16 would be then it may be earlier.

The construction looks newer to me.
