Dating Anita Modes sheath dress with sheer sleeves, 60's?

I just got this dress for my birthday, and would love to date it and find out any info you all might have on the designer/label. It has the union label that dates from 1963-1974. It is longer than it seems in my photos, the hem is below the knees on me (I'm 5'3"). The sleeves and general style of the dress screams 60's to me? I haven't had a chance to have it cleaned yet, hence the wrinkles. I'd be happy to get a photo of it on me if that helps. Thanks!

It's pretty! I would say you are right with 60s. I'm not familiar with the label though.
