Dating Babydoll Dress

Hello,

I'm very new to the world of vintage and have actually just made my first vintage purchase. It's a very cute white babydoll dress that I assume is from the 60's but I'm not quite sure how to tell. The tag reads:

Gina K.
U.S.A.
100% polyester

I'm not sure if that helps at all but any info or ideas/suggestions you have would be great! Thanks for your time.

Fiber contents were not required on clothing until 1971, so its likely your dress dates to after that, but we would need to see pictures of the dress and label to be able to help you.

Hi there Classic,

Do you have a place to host your photos? If not there are many free online photo hosting services. Photo bucket is one that comes to mind. Its pretty simple to sign up for a free acct. Once you do that then you can upload your photos and then get the image code and try posting again. As far as I know that is the only way to do it.

Believe me you are not the first (or last) to have problems!

Yay, you did it!!:clapping:

Looking at that label, the dress seems much newer than 60s but certainly in the style of that era. Very cute retro babydoll dress!
