Dating Balenciaga Silk Dress

Hi there!

I was wondering if anyone has seen this Balenciaga label before or has an idea of what decade it is from? I could only find a few other pieces with this exact label (Balenciaga.Silk) but couldn't find any information about the decade.

I don't know much about Portugal as a big textile producer (I thought it was more shoes), but I have seen other better European brand textiles with the made in Portugal label in the last 20 years. I guess it's a EU thing - get good quality produced but the labour is probably still less expensive than in other EU countries. Portugal was ruled by a kind of dictatorial government until the 70s and joined what became the EU in the 80s as I understand it.
