Recently bought a Canda (C&A) gilet off Ebay which has the green Canda label inside, but I'm unsure as to how long this label was used for.
I've seen it in at least one advert from the early to mid-80s, which leads me to believe it's from this era. That said, the label only shows the temperature setting without a wash number, suggesting it could be from a later point in the 80s or even early 90s.
As an added bonus, it comes BNWT, so I'm not sure if any of the codes - or even the price - could help determine the date.
