Dating Child’s Denim Overalls

Hello all - my great aunt sent me some photos to help another family member date some overalls that they found in a family trunk. I think they would like an approximate date so that they can figure out who they belonged to. Unfortunately, I don’t have the actual garment with me, so I can only go by the photos as well. Denim/workwear is not my speciality, so any help is appreciated! Thanks so much!

I'm not a denim person, but the button fly and those suspender buckles suggest a pre 1940 date for sure, and I am thinking more likely a pre 1920 date because of those suspender buckles.
