Dating/Describing Coat

Hello! I have a coat that I think is 60s, but I'm looking for other opinions. It's by Dee Deb Coats. It has thin shoulder pads between the outer layer and the lining. The lining is not attached at the hem (not sure if it ever was). The cuffs on the sleeves are sewn down. The fabric is odd - I'm not completely sure what it is. It doesn't look exactly like boucle, but it looks "pilled" all over. (Maybe it's just completely pilled all over?) How would you date/describe this coat? Thanks!

Yes, it is kind of fleece-like. I hadn't thought of that. I had a typo above - the label is Dee Dee Deb Coats. I'll post more close up pictures when I get home from work tonight. Thank you all!

Here are some close ups of the label, outer material and lining, inside construction, and the shoulder pad, which is kind of lumpy at this point.

Also, I looked up poodle cloth in the fabric resource here, and my coat doesn't look like that. I'm pretty sure it's wool. It looks pilled, but it's evenly "pilled" all over.

That looks like plain fleece to me and I would agree with 1950's. I do have a 1950's fleece dress so it's rare but not unheard of to use the fabric at this time.
It doesn't look as plush as what I associate with teddy bear coats - to me that's more like fake fur that you can put your fingers through, but it may be the definition of the term as changed. (they were selling 'teddy bear' coats here a few years ago, maybe last year too).
