hi.... amandainvermont......:hiya:......

yep all vintage..... i have old clothes all over the flor of my unit at the mo...lol.....

will have to inverst in more rails....... and really.... and i mean REALLY get my butt into gear an start listing more items on ebay.....

i just wish there was a bigger market where i live... for vintage clothing.... as i could have 'open' days in my unit.....i am way this weekend and the following weekend at bike rallies ..so will be slightly drunk watching live bands in a field somewhere.... but after that...it will be head down and away to go... on the old ebay listings.....

Wow, that's gonna look smashing all steamed out.
The name almost looks French or Italian to me, nothing that I've ever heard of, though.

Congrats on the haul!

thanks......hopefully there will be a lot more coming my way.....

why i was asking about the utility label was.....i automatically presumed all clothing made between 1941/2 to the late 40's had to have a utility label....and stick to the certain government guide lines......so this is where i get a bit confused with dating things ...lol....

i really wish i lived closer to some of you guys...... so i could let you rumage through the black bags....i just didnt know what bag to open first....the lady must have been a very smart woman, and took great pride in her clothes..... afterwards i was thinking what ever happened to her shoes and handbags.....i hope they didnt end up in the tip.. like these bags nearly did.......
