Is this Emma Domb dress 70's? Also, c an you tell me what you think the fabric might be; when I hear it I will probably recognize it. Thanks!

It looks like polyester to me. As far as the style goes, I think it is probably late 60s or very early 70s. Looks like a dress that would have been worn to a wedding as a bridesmaid or maid of honour.
