Dating Floral (Brocade?) Purse and Identifying Fabric

Hello again,
I also have this purse here that needs dating. Is this considered brocade (I'm new at this!)? I was thinking perhaps 60s but I'm still learning. I thought the handle was interesting. I'm not sure about the fabric either. It does feel rather smooth and delicate. Any ideas?

OK I promise my next thread will have smaller photos! It seems like no matter how much I minimize them, they still come out huge! Sorry about that!
 
Nice bag. In case you didn't realise, I think the handle is designed that it can be folded down and tucked into the bag so it can also be carried as a clutch. I just sold a similar one, but in a silver lurex fabric.
 
Thanks you all so much for your help! I actually didn't realize it was a convertible clutch. I love it even more now!
