Dating German Alpine hat with Gamsbart

I have little clue about the hat. According to the neighbors, the family from West Germany to US back in the 60s.
Inside the hat, there is a label: goldoliv oper waffel -33 52 70434

Hi, folk art is hard to date as it has been manufactured like that for quite some time. From the label inside I'd guess its 1960's to 1970's.

I think the label refers to the color - "gold oliv" = golden olive (green), material and possibly size, maybe a stock number. This is a traditional style and they do not really change with fashion, so it's very hard to date something like this.
