Dating help - 30s?

Found this pretty jacket and it feels to me like it could be 30s, but I'm wanting to check to be sure I'm not way off.

It's handmade, mostly machine stitching with hand-sewn zigzag stitching around the sleeve cuffs.

Material is a chiffon, it has French seams so I could only get a thread or two to burn test; it burn tests as non-synthetic although I'm not sure if it's silk or rayon.

The sewing thread burn tests as cotton.

It has hand beading around the flowers on the front yokes.

The material and beading remind me of 20s and 30s garments I've handled, and the colours are very similar to a 30s blouse I have.

But not sure. I can't really find anything exactly similar online. There are a lot of 30s florals that look similar but no similar jacket that I can find.

I'm not sure that's vintage... this was a style and technique used a lot in the last 5 years.

It looks contemporary to me... like something from Coldwater Creek.
Perhaps if we could see construction details?

Here are a few, as mentioned it's all French seams. It's mostly straight machine stitching with the exception of the hand-sewn zigzag stitch around the sleeve cuffs and the hand-sewn beads; I've included a couple of shots of those.

I am also really not sure if it is vintage or not. Many things fit with it possibly being (the cotton thread is unusual if not impossible for a modern garment) but it doesn't have a very old "feel" to it (of course it could just be really well-preserved). Somehow the print, although 30s-ish, seems more modern to me. I tried doing a reverse image search for it but couldn't find the exact one.

Home made, agreed it's fairly modern. If it had large armscyes (armholes) and wide or dropped shoulders I'd go with '80s but it looks like it doesn't so I'll suggest more recent.

Looks like a crinkle silk georgette. Someone's put a lot of love into this.
